In my opinion, this was just an elaborate stunt to try and lure me to join Facebook. I think Gillian underestimated my resolve and after a few months of sticking pins in her effigy whilst chanting the ancient mantra "Spoonus Spoonus", she finally relented, took down the barricades and let us all back in. Seriously Gillian, I love you but don't leave me out in the cold again

Doesn't mean you shouldn't join Facebook, Soppy Bollox. Just means you are a stubborn little git. Nice recovery this past weekend. Pulis out???

Did you just call my fellow Potter fan a stubborn git? We found more holes in Blackburn, Lancashire's defense than John Lennon found in their roads. Why, why, why... Delilah! PS - This is evolving into a sports thread. But I don't care. The fact that we have a thread is a thing to celebrate and don't think the moderator here will mind.

Ian- I'm still a Facebook holdout-- glad I'm in such noble company Great to see that the site is back up! The only thing greater would be to have a new album of original music by Ms. Griffin to discuss.... (Does anyone remember the old "Survivor" threads?)

G'day! Nice to see you back! And welcome to your saltie, too! But don't let him get too close to Gillian. We need her to keep the board running.

"Facebook holdouts"? Surely there must be a better title than that for us noble folk Amen to your hopes for a new album... Whilst Downtown Church gathers dust amongst my other clunkers...Is it too much to hope that Patty will ever produce albums as great as LWG, Silver Bell, Flaming Red and 1K Kisses again?
