Yes, there's a whole world of music out there besides Patty.

I got my autographed CD a couple of days ago and have listened to it several times now. There are a lot of good songs on here, and the singing, arrangements and musicianship are all excellent! And what could be sexier than an existential love story mentioning both Nietzsche and Kierkegaard? Definitely not your hackneyed run-of-the-mill love song.
I'm so proud of you, Marybeth!
I don't know nothing except change will come

Marybeth, I received your cd through cd baby and IT ROCKS!
I shared a couple songs with a friend, who in turn said, "That's the kind of music I like." Take that as a huge compliment!
I know I already told you (somewhere) that your picture on the cd is beautiful, but, after having checked out the pic on the inside ... wow! Can I just tell you that you have a great butt?!?!? You are sexy, my friend! I couldn't pull off that look if I tried!

I'm so excited about this review that I wanted to share it with ya'll. My first real English language review for the new album (yep, everything else has been in Dutch, German or Italian!)! This is a British CD catalogue that's begun stocking my CDs.

If Marybeth's sounding as great as she's looking, the tour must be fantastic!

Thanks Theresa! I am very lucky to have had Marcel to take pictures and films while on my tour. And I'm really excited to have some decent youtube videos from my performance at the podium roepaen, we had a really great time at that gig and the house was full. After that came Jeffrey Foucault, who I really enjoyed hearing.

Hey MB! About that Fish Records review: "American Marybeth D’Amico calls Germany her home, but her music has its roots firmly in America, she has the singer/songwriter sensibilities of an East Coast writer with smart intelligent lyrics and melody rich songs." Don't let that bother you too much. I, for one, know that your "singer/songwriter sensibilities" are way up at the level of a Texas writer. (Jeez, we Texans are so friggin' provincial, right? Hey, it's in the water, what can I say?). At any rate, East Coast, West Coast, Texas, whatever, at least the reviewer knows good music when he hears it. Congrats.
Hey Marcel! Thanks for the great photos and videos. Very nice! Please send me your camera.

Hey Marybeth, your grammy is coming!
I read something about you:
"One of the long time members of this site and a founding member of the pattynet group, Marybeth D'Amico has put out an album a few months ago and now it is gaining some steam here and there. Marybeth just made the the DIY top 12 in the December issue of Performing Songwriters. Her album, "Heaven, Hell, Sin & Redemption" was recorded in Austin earlier this year and show that all her years of listening to Patty has paid off.
Good job Marybeth"
