Remembering Kelsea

Postby Turk » Sat Feb 13, 2016 4:30 pm

Kelsea was an active member on this board back when there was steady activity. A couple of months ago Kelsea's mother managed to get a message to Gillian via Facebook telling G how much Patty & this forum had meant to Kelsea. There were no details but the gist was that Kelsea had found life too unbearable. Kelsea was gone.

I found this video today that Kelsea had posted on YouTube.

Rest in peace, Kels.

Thanks for posting this. Kelsea came out to Norcal during Patty's Downtown Church tour and stayed with me for a few days while we went to the 3 shows together. She was super nice and i didn't have any idea that she suffered from depression, which I guess she must have. I hadn't stayed in touch with her but I do remember her as a really nice person and someone I had a lot of fun with. I'm very sorry. :(

god rest her soul.

she was kind enough to share an mp3 of a rare patty song with me a few years back and we exchanged a few emails.

it's comforting to hear that she found some solace in patty's music and this site. i know i sure have.

Thanks for posting Turk, but this saddens me deeply.
There are many people on this forum to enjoy, but I always thought a lot of Kelsea.
I remember years ago someone making a post about how important Pattynet was to members--it was their home page and first thing they read when going online.
Someone wondered how we'd deal with losing one of our members.

Wish we still had that resounding support vibe of Pattynet.
RIP Kelsea
