Tell us about the Patty shows you've attended, and organize/document PattyFamily meetups

I know we have to wait until we get a tour schedule to finalize the plans for PattyFest. But I thought we could start discussing our options now. It appears that Chicago is going to be the location. If anyone has a different opinion now is the time to air it. We probably need to get a list of people who are interested. I've heard some good ideas for accomodations. I am getting excited, lets get started!

I'm in for sure if it's in Chicago.
And just for grins....if we have it in Detroit, there could be a huge party with BBQ, libations, music, and bon fire....I know this place....where we'd all be welcome

I guess Marybeth and I couldn't convince you to take the whole thing to London, uh?
That's ok... we'll just have to do our own mini Euro PattyFest when she gets her butt out here...
Have fun anyway

I will definitely be there, no matter where it is. I reeeeally hope it's Chicago though.
How about a roll call, people? Who is planning to attend (or tentatively planning)?

It's hard to commit till we know where and when but if it's in NYC, I'll definitely be there (And it would make Marybeth SO HAPPY!!!)

I am VERY interested in a meetup.
Chicago would be more convenient for me
But I've never been to the big apple.
So....maybe this be the nudge I need to get my ass to NYC!
What are the possible dates for this?
Are we timing it with Patty's tour?

Yes, we are waiting for the tour schedule so as to hopefully schedule it over a weekend when Patty is performing in chosen city.

I think it would be a blast. For me, it all depends on the dates and having enough notice to get good ticket prices. I guess you can put me down for a definite maybe. I don't have a strong preference for the place. Chicago likely would be cheaper, but I'd really like to go back to New York again sometime.

Same here, Karla. I'm making no plans until tour plans are made and Dr. visits slack off.
NY is a little too fast for my taste, but I would love nothing better than to drop in on Arlene .
.......and to have quality pizza that I've not tasted since 1981...on my last visit there.
I've not been to Shi-kah-gah, but I love going to new places.
The only thing better than hearing Patty live is the thought of experiencing the moment with you guys.

I'm definitely going to be there.
I am so excited about this that my heart starts beating like I'm having a caffeine rush when I think about it. Imagining the biggest Patty Party of my life, with a whole bunch of y'all, is just mind-blowing.

I would love to go but it will depend on many things, mainly where (Chicago would be better for me). It's only 8 hours from Minneapoli sto Chicago. Smit, Gillian, Patty roadtrip?
