OK but Antoinette and I will be driving from NYC so we'll need directions to Silvertone. (Nic-- I'll PM or call you.)

Also, any suggestions for a hotel nearby where we could stay on Friday night?

Hehehe

Arlene

Gillian- too bad you couldn't get good seats.  (They're AMAZING!!!!)

~Susannah Clark

just got an email from planetary groove productions about tickets ... (even though we have ours, i thought i'd pass this along for the other juicy info.)

PATTY GRIFFIN w/ special guest Terremoto plays the Orpheum Theatre on Friday April 20, 2007 at 7:30 pm.

The best tickets in the house for our emailing list members can be found on our website or jump directly to the order page via PGP Online !!! PGP's allotment of tickets is close to sold out and they are moving very quickly.

Tickets are $36 and are also available at the Orpheum Theatre box office and Ticketmaster.

We are proud to welcome Patty Griffin back again for her second headlining appearance at the Orpheum Theatre. Get your tickets NOW as this show is expected to sell out! Please share this email with other Patty fans as we want to sell out the theatre and let Patty know how special she is to her fans in her former stomping grounds. Spread the word! Support independent artists, promoters and record companies!! Thank you all so much for your patronage!!!

For a very special treat please go to our website www.planetarygroove.com to view to a brand new 2007 video interview of Patty featuring the making of her album, interviews and even some of the photo shoot for the new album. Also, watch out for feature interviews and articles in many of the Boston area's premier publications in April!

Co-Presented with Songstreet Productions. Please do not call Songstreet directly to order tickets for this show.

Patty Griffin's new album "Children Running Through" (ATO) continues the remarkable creative evolution that's quietly established Griffin as a vital and singular musical force. It also belies her persistent sensitive-singer-songwriter image—a limiting perception that fails to fully convey the emotional depth and breadth of her songwriting or the emotive power of her fluid, soulful singing. Indeed, the new disc's 12 Griffin originals maintain a timelessly truthful resonance that echoes a variety of styles, most notably the classic R&B and gospel music that have long been a source of inspiration for the artist.
