Originally scheduled to take place in the 1600-seat Ikeda Theater, it was moved to the 550-seat
Piper Theater with just a couple days notice due to slow ticket sales. Which is a shame, since she
and her 3-piece backing band put on a great show for 450 or so who did show up. The band included
Craig Ross, producer of her latest album American Kid, and two other gentlemen whose names I could not
make out. Mostly acoustic with some mellow electric, the show ranged from country to gospel to blues
to fold to Irish music, with Patty keeping the audience entertained with stories behind the writing of
many of the tunes. It's obvious why Robert Plant chose her for his touring band a few years ago. I was
seated in the 2nd row, fifteen feet in front of Patty, and the recording turned out crystal clear, one
of the best I've ever done."

Hopefully, I've correctly uploaded and labelled the songs from the Mesa show.
You can click the links and listen or you can download the WAV files.
I've tried to keep everything CD-quality, so each track is around 50MB, meaning
you need 2 CDs if you still use that format.
Of course, you can always lower the quality and get things on one disc or your iPod/ phone.
Let me know if there are any snafus.

I assume you have mislabeled as I doubt she played Wild Old Dog twice.
If I died, he'd hear about it, eventually.

It's a VERY popular song, you know.
BTW, I created a folder that contains all the songs if that's an easier download--
